When generating the Qualifications/SOAs or Certificates of Attendance, a copy of the document is automatically attached to each Enrolment/Client.

These documents are viewable from the 'Enrolments and Results' view (1) and also the 'Clients' view (2).

To re-print these documents simple double-click on it to open the document (Windows will open it with the appropriate program see below) and then print it from within the opened document.

The formats available are PDF and MS Word. PDF will only work if you have MS office 2007 or above installed (with the PDF plugin).
For earlier versions of Office, use MS Word as the default format for the documents.

This is a system wide option to determine document format configurable in 'Configuration' > 'Application Options' > 'AQF' tab > See picture Below (3).
