The PowerPro-Cloud Assess integration agent receives the results identified by student ID and unit code
With this in mind, there is only one particular scenario where a result could be lost between Cloud Asses and PowerPro:
Consider this scenario for student Alpha:
- Alpha is transferred from Course A to Course B as an enrolment duplicate rather than a enrolment transfer (so Alpha ends up enrolled in BOTH course A and course B)
AND
- There are common units in Alpha's enrolment in courses A and B (say unit "X" is the common unit)
In this case, when the PowerPro-Cloud Assess integration agent receives from Cloud Assess a final result for Alpha in unit X, only the unit X in Course B (highest enrolment record ID) will be resulted in PowerPro
These are very specific circumstances and this scenario is very unlikely to occur however, the possibility exists therefore the RTO should be aware of it
In these cases we recommend using the PowerPro (Enrolments and Results) Import Unit Results menu option from Course A (once the results are in Course B):
