Intro

The PowerPro Web Plugin is a plugin dedicated to helping your RTO run more smoothly and allowing web integration into PowerPro
It has many features such as integrating online enrolments, allowing potential customers to make enquiries, and Learner and Employer Satisfaction Surveys that can be directly pulled into PowerPro

All the components are embeddable if you have an existing website, or for smaller RTO's could be a large part of your web presence through direct access

The Web Plugin's appearance and functionality are customisable, allowing users of the Web Plugin to give the tool some of their own signature style, be that using your logos, colour palettes, prioritising a quick enrolment process, or requiring enrolments to require every piece of data from the outset to minimise your staff's data entry time

Web Plugin Features & Benefits

  • Course List - This is a listing of all the current courses you are offering people, to facilitate their online enrolment
    The course listings can be viewed as a standard list, or as a calendar, or both (depending on your preference)
    The list or calendar can be displayed with a search feature built in, so if you want to send someone a list of only your 'First Aid' courses, you can send them a link just to those, or embed that list directly onto your 'First Aid' course page
    • Users can view course details (As many as you are willing to put in)
    • Enrol in any course you have online
    • Payments can be facilitated through a few online payment providers, either using a mandatory payment before enrolment status is confirmed, or providing the user with the option to pay
  • Enquiries - Visitors can make online enquiries, these can easily be turned into enrolments, assigned to staff members, and have various administrative fields to assist with getting the most out of your enquiries
  • Learner and Employee Satisfaction Surveys - Your learners or employees can directly fill out their surveys online (saving you the hassle of manually entering them into the system, a spreadsheet etc.) After submission, they will be ready for PowerPro to import and use for your reporting requirements or for your continuous improvement
  • Student AVETMISS form - Most commonly used when you have an existing enrolment, and need to capture some extra data for AVETMISS, etc
