PowerPro offers users the ability to enrol online through Web Enrolments using our Web Plugin
Users can enrol online either individually or as a group -  this guide will focus on Group Enrolments

Group enrolments allows for clients to be enrolled as a group and is a convenient way for companies to enrol a number of their employees at once into a course

From an RTO’s standpoint they will set up a course to display on the web as per normal - two links are provided automatically, one for individuals and one for groups

The group enrolment link is what the RTO should forward to a company representative, see below screenshot to find its location

 

 

The Group Enrolment screen differs from the Individual Enrolment screen as different information is displayed and overall less information is gathered
This is because the representative making the booking may not have access to their clients full information
Important Note: representatives are unable to provide details such as USI information due to privacy laws

Group enrolments are processed in exactly the same way as Individual enrolments using the Download Enrolments, Feedback and Enquiries screen via the Web Plugin in PowerPro see below screenshot for location in PowerPro and the Web drop down menu showing Download Feedback and Enquiries menu option

Once the group enrolment has been received and processed and clients are booked into a course, it will be required to forward each client an AVETMISS registration form to capture these details which will then be attached to their client record

The AVETMISS registration form is the same for all clients -  It can be found via the Web Plugin drop down menu as well as seen below

 

By clicking on the link a web browser will open with the form displayed - the web address can then be copied and pasted into client correspondence When received clients can then click to open, fill in the details and submit back to the RTO

RTO’s will download and import Student AVETMISS Forms in exactly the same manner as a web enrolment
