Let's imagine we have a student that's completed a superseded unit that needs to be reported, how can we add this to a current course?

First let's navigate to the Units of Competency button found under the Configuration menu:
Once we've clicked on the Units of Competency button the Unit List window will open, on the far right is the Unit Actions button we will click this and select the Import Units option:
From here the Import Units of Competency list will open, in the lower right hand side is a small search bar where we can look for the unit/s we need
Once we've found the unit/s required we need to tick the box next to it in the Import column and then we can click okay
A pop up will declare your unit/s successfully imported and you can then go to Accredited Courses under the Home menu, select your course and add the imported unit/s to your course - see below screenshot for more assistance
A new window will open allowing you to select and add the units to your course, using the search bar on the top left you can find your units
Once you've located your units, tick the box on the left next to it and click next in the bottom right hand corner
Lastly, select whether your unit is mandatory or optional as per the drop down box and enter in a start date
Click finish once you're done
From here we just need to go back to the course in the Enrolments and Results window and click on Modify Units
This will open the Select Optional Units window your unit should be listed here with no tick next to it (see our screenshot for an example) if we tick the box next to the unit this will include the unit now for this client and course
Now the superceded unit is in your student's course you can result it and report it as per normal
