Deleting AQF parchments and PowerQR records is a two step process and must be done using the RTOADM user login
It is recommended to delete the PowerQR record first before deleting the AQF parchment
In the Clients screen, find the client and then go to the AQF Log tab and double click on the barcode in the PowerQR column

A pop-up will be displayed showing the PowerQR Document link, if you click on the Delete button in the bottom left corner, you should then get a message saying the PowerQR Parchment is deleted
To delete the AQF parchment - staying in the same client screen, highlight the record to be deleted and click on the Delete Record button
You will receive a confirmation message, asking if you're sure you want to delete the record, click yes and the record will be deleted
And with that it's all done!
