How does PowerPro process Invoices for Enrolments in Courses over $1,500?

Compliance requirements limit how much a Student can be charged at enrolment (prior to commencing a Course/Training Program). At the time this FAQ was written, this limit is $1,500.

 

Courses over $1500 should be configured in PowerPro as per example below:

 

 

Upon Enrolment, Students will see the Course Fee of $2,500 however they will only be charged $1,500 at that point. It is up to the RTO to collect the remaining payment(s).

 

Internally, PowerPro will create a $2,500 invoice and a $1,500 payment against it.
