When setting up your PayPal account please use the "Website Payments Standard" account type. Your account will have a "Customer Service Email" which you will need to provide us with in order to complete the process.

 

To enable IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) in your PayPal account:

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Profile then “My Selling Tools”
  3. Look for an option labelled “Instant Payment Notification”. Click on the update button for that option.
  4. Click “Choose IPN Settings
  5. Enter the URL of PowerPro Web Plugin (https://web.powerprorto.com.au/vidatek/wp/index.php/paypal/ipn) and hit “Save”.
  6. Go to Profile then "Website payment preferences"
  7. Ensure the "Auto-return" setting is off.
  8. Ensure "Express Checkout settings">"Support Gyropay and bank transfer payments" is off 


From this point onward (providing you have given us your PayPal "Customer Service Email") your students will be offered the choice to pay with their credit card or with their PayPal account if they have one.
