I have manually created a student in Cloud Assess. Will the unit results flow back to PowerPro for this student?

Yes, as long as the student email address is the same in PowerPro and Cloud assess

The PowerPro - Cloud Assess Integration Agent pulls information from E-Learning system every X amount minutes (the frequency can be adjusted)
Any recent Cloud Assess unit results are brought across to PowerPro updating the relevant PowerPro unit enrolment

Unit results originated in Cloud Assess normally show a tooltip as per image below:
