What happens if I no longer want to use PowerQR?

If an RTO chooses to discontinue using the PowerQR Parchment Validation System, any Parchments on the PowerQR platform can still be validated as long as the RTO PowerQR subscription is active. 

We strongly recommend removing the QR code field from all PowerPro parchment templates when the RTO decides not to use the PowerQR Parchment Validation System.  

Please note that no refunds will apply to unused PowerQR credits or PowerQR subscriptions.
