  • What is an API? Consider an API like a bridge that allows enable different software to communicate and transfer data

  • What are the typical uses of this API? Extensions of PowerPro such as integrations with eLearning, CRM and data warehousing platforms -  we have a separate article dedicated to this question available here

  • Is the API available to all PowerPro versions? The API is limited to PowerPro SKY users (includes NEO/DUO users)

  • Is there a cost to use the API? Yes, there is a base fee for the integration added to your PowerPro yearly fee as well as a monthly usage fee. The monthly usage fee is calculated by the number of API calls made, which you can see via the API Usage section in PowerPro Configuration>API Usage
