When doing (AVETMISS) Reporting regarding the "Commending Course Identifier"

PowerPro will automatically update from a 3 - (Commencing training in the program) to a 4 - (Continuing Training in the program from a previous year), regardless of what is in that field. PowerPro is able to detect unit activity in the same enrolment during the previous calendar year.
