Can I lock Unit results so they are not modified once entered?

Updating results is common providing the original results were interim ones (e.g. Blank result, "Not yet commenced", "Continuing"), not final results.

Using PowerPro User Roles, providers may choose to limit which users can update final results ("Competent", "Not competent", "RPL granted", etc) by only allowing the "Overwrite final results" action to a specific user role (or to no user role, allowing only RTOADM):

Users without the above mentioned action granted are prevented from updating final results:
