Email Alerts are used to notify students of specific circumstances
Commonly requested Email Alerts are:

  • Reminding students of the Course Start date a few days before the course starts
  • Reminding students of any overdue invoices
  • Requesting student's USI prior to issuing AQF parchments
  • Requesting Learner Feedback upon course completion

There is a cost associated in setting up each alert however there are no ongoing or recurring costs associated with email alerts
