How can I populate the Field of Education list of the Learner Survey

Populate an active Course>AVETMISS>Field of Education and then do a Web Course Sync.

Question 39 of the Learner Survey prompts the Student for a Field of Education:

If this list is not accurate please edit your Courses to make sure they have the Field of Education field populated as per image below:
