To get Learner Feedback data into PowerPro, you will require PowerPro's Web Plugin (additional add-in feature)

There are two main methods for getting your Learner Feedback data into PowerPro
To minimise admin data entry, we recommend getting the students to submit their feedback directly
However, if you have already collected feedback using paper submissions, you can manually enter these into PowerPro using the Learner Feedback link (second method)

To get your Learner Feedback webform link, open the Learner Feedback from the Web Plugin menu (as below screenshot) this will open a new window in your browser and you can copy the link directly from there

Method One: directly from the students, using the webform

Simply have the students visit your link, and fill out the webform
When they submit, it will be ready for you to import into PowerPro! (further instructions for this below)
To increase engagement, try turning the link into a QR code and print it on your class roll (generated from PowerPro) or a poster
Then while the students are in class, get them to hop onto their phone or in-class device and have them fill out the webform there

Method Two: manual entry by RTO users, using the webform

If you have previously collected manual forms due to preference or site requirements (your training site does not have internet access etc.)
You can manually enter the Learner Feedback you have collected by following the same process as your students
Hop onto the webform, and fill out your collected data (provided the data collected is the same or a subset of ours)
Then once you have entered your manual data, you can see below for importing the data to PowerPro

Final Step: Importing the data from the Web Plugin to PowerPro

Select the files you want to import on the next screen (or deselect if not relevant / you are not wanting to import that feedback), then press 'OK'

Once the data has been imported, you will be able to view the data from the 'Tools' menu under 'Feedback'
This will display each imported record on the left side of the screen, and will also display the detail of each feedback import on the right side of the screen

You will also now be able to generate your 'Quality Indicator data'/'Registering body' report which uses the Learner Feedback imported data
