The RAPT tab > report this enrolment option is checked but when generating the RAPT files that student is not being reported. Why not?

There is a "master switch" at the course level (see image below) and it works as follows:

If the "Report this Course" option is checked then those enrolments with "Report this Enrolment" checked will be reported

If the "Report this Course" option is NOT checked then none of the enrolments on that course will be reported (regardless)
